2023 春季師友藝術計劃 | SPRING 2023 YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
Our mentorship programme connected emerging artists with HKWALLS alumni for hands-on guidance. Mentees honed their craft, experimented with new techniques to translate their creative vision into large-scale public murals. The 3 selected mentees painted their own murals at the AIA Observation Wheel in Central as a part of the HKWALLS 2023 Festival! Thank you to CASETiFY for the continued support, making this edition of the Youth Mentorship Programme possible.
我們的導師計畫將新興藝術家與經驗豐富的HKWALLS往屆學員聯繫起來，提供實務指導。學員可以磨練技藝，嘗試新技術，並學習將創意願景轉化為大型公共壁畫的實用技能。今年三位入選者在中環香港摩天輪及AIA Vitality 公園為HKWALLS 2023年藝術節創作壁畫。這是一個絕佳的機會，可讓你展示自己的才華和創意，並跟大師學習。感謝 CASETiFY 對計劃的慷慨支持。

GRACE KAM WITH ZOIE LAM
Grace Kam @gk_doodle, a Hong Kong illustrator, worked with Mentor Zoie Lam @zlism. Her style, characterised by soft colors and delicate lines, immerse the viewer into vivid and other-worldly stories. The graphics illustrate the journey of little monsters from their planet “Hoper534S” to the earth. Through Grace’s cute and heartwarming drawings, she empowers people to believe, hope and dream through the hustle and bustle of life.
Grace Kam 及導師Zoie Lam。Grace是一位生於香港的插畫家。作品中主要用着線條及柔和的色彩，並在不同角落加插了不同小故事，用着一種旁觀者的角度去描述小怪獸們從「Hoper534S 」星球來到地球後的小日常。希望透過溫暖、窩心的插畫，讓大家遠離煩嚣，一同進入被治療的夢幻世界。
TIMMY LEE WITH CAROL MUI & REBECCA LIN
TIMARK (Timmy Lee) @tim.ark21 who worked with Mentor Carol Mui @carolmuiii and Rebecca Lin @rtk.creations, is an illustrator heavily inspired by skateboarding, streetwear and hip hop culture. TIMARK’s art often uses elements of street culture in his works, bringing in funky characters, vibrant colours and a buzzing energy.
Timmy Lee 與導師Carol Mui 和Rebecca Lin。香港插畫師Timmy又名 TIMARK受到滑板、街頭穿搭和嘻嘻流行文化的啟發，TIMARK的作品混合了街頭文化與他細微的人間觀察，創作出一幅又一幅充滿天馬行空角色，鮮明色調和滑稽有趣的畫作。帶出光怪陸離但又溫馨有趣的感覺。
TIMARK透過幽默有動感的角色，將自己於畫作中投射出來。Jody The Lover Boy 是他第一個玩具化的角色。Jody代表著他不安，迷失但又對身邊事物充滿愛的一部分。
REANA BACHILLER WITH MOONCASKET
Reana Bachiller @b4bytoof worked with Mentor Mooncasket @mooncasket. Reana is a Filipina Illustrator based in Hong Kong. She often takes inspiration from the animated TV shows and movies that she grew up with, as well as her own personal experiences. She hopes her artwork highlights the fantasy and kookiness that can be found in mundane reality.
Reana Bachiller 與導師Mooncasket。Reana是一位定居香港的菲律賓插畫家。她的靈感來自伴隨她長大的電視動畫和電影，以及她的個人經歷。她希望作品能夠突出平凡現實中的夢幻和古怪。
