Cheung Chi Wai is a photographer who has been widely-known for his work in stage & rock concert photography since 1993. He was awarded an ACC fellowship in 1996 to conduct research and observe contemporary photography and media activities in the United States. Since returning to Hong Kong, Cheung has organized Creative Photography Workshops for cultural organizations.

He founded “Moon 9 image” production company at 2017 in HK Arts Centre. Moon 9 image consisted by a team of 10 professional freelance photographers over different area of HK. Their client list included HK Wall, HKADC, HKYAF, HKAPA, HK Arts Centre, HK Philharmonic, On & On Theatre, Theatre du Pif, Alice Theatre Lab, HK Visual Arts Centre, HK Arts Festival, AAA etc.
