Graffiti pops up boldly in our cities. At its core, it is a form of self-expression that allows the individual to feel seen and heard – two things that children inherently crave. Trybe and HKwalls have partnered to hose “Graffiti & Me”, a one-hour workshop to help your child learn about empowerment, creativity and identity. We start with a fun obstacle course to help your children become comfortable with their bodies and a series of creative games to get their juices flowing. The session ends with each child playing with ideas of graffiti and working on their own art piece.

Essahqi is a Hong Kong-based mural artist with an aesthetic unlocking compromising harmony between the organic and the artificial, combining dynamic human forms and mechanical elements.
With a focus on Monochromatic fine line drawings and spray paintings, she explores multilayered abstract structures to create an imaginary, unfamiliar atmosphere inspired by personal documentaries of familiar surroundings.
The simplistic, vertically-orientated forms are a response to the notion of Chinese characters, retaining the fluidity of calligraphy in a non-traditional urban approach.
